12 Day's Kailash Tour by Helicopter
Overview:

Mt. Kailash, the sacred mountain and the abode of tKailash Tourshe Hindu god Shiva is one of the world's greatest pilgrimage destinations especially for Hindus, Buddhist, Jains and others. The breathtaking beauty of this sacred mountain and the holy lake of Mansarover along with ruins of 9th Century of Guge Kingdom in Far Western Tibet are a reward of a life time to experience.

Reconized By and Popular among People as The Roof of the World, TIBET has fascinated humanity for centuries. This land beyond the mighty Himalayas, on the highest plateau of the world, was inaccessible to the outside world and has always been a challenge to all mortal beings as a unique destination: Tibet is a land of spectacular skylines, majestic mountain peaks, breath taking canyons, serene high-land lakes, rolling pastures and farmlands & pristine Forests. It also is a land of ancient Buddhist culture, artistic monasteries and centuries-old caravan trails. Its snow-covered mountains and windswept plateau are the highest in the world. The world's highest mountain - Mount Everest, rises in southern Tibet. Ka-erh in western Tibet, with an elevation of more than 15,000 feet (4,570 meters) above sea level, is believed to be the highest town in the world.

12 Day's Kailash Tour by Helicopter
Day to Day Itinerary:
 
DAY 01 Arrive Kathmandu & transfer to your hotel. Over night at Kathmandu .
DAY 02: Half-day city tour of Pashupatinath temple. P.M: Briefing about the Kailash Manasarovar tour. Overnight at Kathmandu .
DAY 03: Transfer to airport for your flight to Nepalgunj. On arrival transfer to hotel and rest.
DAY 04: Ttransfer to airport for chartered helicopter or flight to simkot for immigration formalities & Proceed to Hilsa by chartered helicopter flight. After arrival at Hilsa, we set out for Sera, a short hike of approximately 1-km to the Tibetan border where our land cruisers will be waiting.
DAY 05 Full day free to acclimatize and relax at Taklakot.
DAY 06 Drive from Taklakot to Manasarovar
DAY 07 During morning hour take holy bath or just relax at the edge of holy Manasarovar Lake . Drive for Manasarovar Parikrama via Chuigumpa & hot spring. Arrive darchen and overnight at camp or guesthouse.
DAY 08 Drive to Tarboche [Astapath] perform puja at Astapath before starting Parikrama. Start Kailash Parikrama, trek to Dira Puk. Overnight at camp.
DAY 09 Continue Parikrama over Dromala pass to Zuthul Puk . Overnight at camp.
DAY 10 End Parikrama near Darchen . Drive to Taklakot. Overnight at guesthouse or camp.
DAY 11 Drive to Sera via Khojarnath Temple. Walk back to the Hilsa helipad to wait for flight back to Simkot. Fly back to Nepalgunj by chartered helicopter or aircraft [fixed wing]. Fly back to Kathmandu by flight [fixed wing]. Overnight at Kathmandu .
DAY 12 Final Departure transfer for onward journey.

Cost includes:

Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu (as per itinerary, 3 star rating standard, B&B, twin share basis), airport transfers, full compliment of trekking crew, all meals while on trek (except alternative by choice), all necessary camping gear (including sleeping bag, down jacket), overland transportation, National Park Fees, trekking crew insurance, emergency first aid kit.

Not included:

Extra hotel expenses, single room supplement where requested, any personal expenses (bottled soft drinks, telephone charges, video/camera fees, etc.), domestic and international airfares, medical costs (except medical attention given by trek leader), rescue charges, tips for crew (typically around NRp100 per trekking day), airport departure tax (currently NRp1100 for international destinations), Visas and visa extension costs, lunch and evening meals while in Kathmandu (except Namaste meal on first night)
