Lower Dolpo Trekking route lead to explore untouched natural explendid. Dolpo located on the isolated corner of Trans Himalayan Zone Dolpo is a virgin and divine land in Mid-Western Nepal. Shey Phoksundo National Park in the core of Dolpo Region is famous for snow leopard. A great Naturalist Rodney Jackson conducted his research on snow leopards in Shey Phoksundo area. The Dolpo is famous for deepest Lake Phoksundo in entire Himalayan Region. Mother Nature created a unique and wonderful treasurer like Dolpo, which is being the shelter of many rare alpine living beings. Inspite of tough trails and rugged topography journey to Dolpo area is a life time experience. Tourists rarely visit Dolpo Region and the trekking route is very narrow and steep at places, so good hiking Experience is essential for this trek. The altitude ranges from 2500m to 5070m.

The trek begins at Juphal and follows the trail to Dunai, the first camp then proceeds to Tarakot, way up to Shering Gompa (4440m) which is the highest point of this trek, passing through the Saldang and Shey Gompa village, we descend to the beautiful Phoksundo Lake, which is apart of the Shey Phoksundo National Park. This region of more than 3000sq.km is among the most spectacular and protected area in Nepal.

The trek concludes with our descend to Chepka village and then to Juphal, from where we fly back to Nepalgunj then to Kathmandu.

Day 04: Jumla – Gothichaur
Day 05: Gothichaur – Naphukana
Day 06: Naphukana – Basala (Just past Chaurikot)
Day 07: Basala – Toijem
Day 08: Toijem – Kagmara Phedi (Base camp)
Day 09: Kagmara BC – rest
Day 10: Kagmara BC – Lasa ( Over the Kagmara La pass)
Day 11: Lasa – Sumduwa
Day 12: Sumduwa – Ringmo (Phoksundo Lake)
Day 13: Ringmo – Dajok Tang
Day 14: Dajok Tang – Pelungtang (Over the Baga La)
Day 15: Pelungtang – rest day
Day 16: Pelungtang – Numala – Mondo/Tok-Khyu ( or somewhere before)
Day 17: Mondo – Do Tarap
Day 18: Do Tarap – rest day
Day 19: Do Tarap – Sishul Khola ( Where it meets with the Tarap Chu)
Day 20: Sishu Khola – Chheur ( Dolom)
Day 21: Chheur (Dolom) – Kanigoan
Day 22: Khani Goan – Tarakot
Day 23: Tarakot – Dunai
Day 24: Dunai – Nepalgunj – Kathmandu flight.
Day 19: Kathmandu
Day 20: Depature, transfer to airport
