Langtang - Ganja la Pass Trekking
Overview:

Langtang Ganjala Pass Trekking lead extreme adventerous trekking trail crossing one of most challenging pass, Ganjala Pass. You will thrill by the view of Langtang Range. Tamang villages, stupas/monastries, green forests, seasonal flowers are other subject of attraction in Langtang.

Sundari Jal is starting point of this trekking, eventually trail passes with view of Langtang Himala 5160m. After Langtang village in hight of 3500m and where the national park headquarters is located, you'll be headed to Kyangjin Gompa and Yala Peak then you require to pass 5106m Ganja La. The pass is blocked by snow, so local inquiries about its condition, good equipment and mountaineering experience are necessary for safe crossing.

The Helambu village excudes a Tibetan feel and you will see fields enclosed by stone walls as wellas herds of yaks, the most important animal for the people here. From Tarke Gyang, we descend to Melamchi Khola before climbing to Pati Bhyanjyang, then trek down to Sundarijal, from here we drive back to Kathmandu.

Day to Day Itinerary:
 

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 2 Guided tour of the city sights and scenes of Kathmandu.
Day 3 Drive to Syabrubesi from Katmandu
Day 4 - 7 Trek to Kyanjin Gompa
Day 8 Trek to Langshisha Kharka
Day 9 - 10 Acclimatization hike
Day 11-14 Cross the Ganja La
Day 15-17 Trek to Sundarijal
Day 18 Drive back to Katmandu.
