Classic Everest Trekking
Classing Everest Trekking gives historic taste with the destination of this early days' trekking route is of course, the highest mountain on earth Mt. Everest (8848m). Not only for adventure-lover, but also for normal people who dream to see it, feel it by near. It's one among twenty places; one should to be there before he/she dies. Besides, Sherpa villages, Buddhist monastries, Everest National Park (Sagarmatha National Park) has been attracting the travellers like the magnet ever since it's opening to foreigners in 1950. A flight connection between Lukla (Everest Region) and Kathmandu reduces trekking route. However, it remains popular with its own taste for many trekkers. After all, it reminds early day, Hilary & Tenzing's hardship time.
Jiri, where the trekking to Mt. Everest starts is a market town and the gateway to the Solu Kumbu region. Your first few days are dragged through the beautiful alpine region of Solu on our way to Junbesi. From Junbesi we continue onwards: amongst and alongside the regions' famous inhabitants of the legendary Sherpas. These hard-working people have carved an existence since time immemorial from the frozen landscape. Passing through Sherpa villages and Monasteries along the way to our destination, Gokyo, Gokyo Ri, Kalapattar. From Gokyo Ri and Kalapattar, there are outstanding views of Everest along with Nuptse and Lhotse. We trace back to Lukla for our flight to Kathmandu.
